All promotions for Free Shipping will be for "Ground" Shipping only.

 

There will be a $15 service charge applied to all refused packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel completely comfortable trying a new skincare or haircare regimen. Having a fully satisfied clientele is very important to us at Arden Layne Skincare which is why we offer a

60-day money back guarantee (starting from the day your order was delivered).

We will accept any full-sized product for a return, as long as it is at least half full and received within 60 days of original delivery date. 

All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label.

If you used a "Buy Now Pay Later" Provider please note: Each provider has a different policy regarding payment of charges for returns and cancellations. Customers should be aware that they may be charged interest by the BNPL service even if our store provides a full refund.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of product delivery and we will give you the option to either return that item for a refund or return that item for store credit so that you can find the right product for you.

 

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return or refund requests at any time based on policy or program abuse. 

 

Warranty and Defective Products:
If you are outside of our return period, and your product turns out to be defective within a year of the date it was delivered, we are here to help. Please contact our Customer Care Team at Info@ArdenLayne.com and we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution or replacement product.
